1. General Information

2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in Time: From 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM
- Guests must present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Room Policies
- Luxury Queen Suite – 10 rooms – 25 m² – Price: ₹3000/night
- Executive Suite – 2 rooms – 32 m² – Price: ₹4000/night
- Signature Luxury Suite – 2 rooms – 42 m² – Price: ₹5000/night
- All rooms include: air conditioning, private bathroom, free toiletries, wardrobe, electric kettle, free WiFi, and complimentary breakfast.
- Room allocation is based on availability at the time of booking.
4. Extra Bed & Occupancy
- Extra bed (18+ years): ₹750 per person per night (plus taxes).
- Maximum occupancy per room depends on room type. Please confirm capacity before booking.
- Children aged 18 years and above are charged as adults.
5. Food & Drink
- Complimentary breakfast is included.
- Nearby dining options: Ginger (3 mins), Cumins Restaurant (3 mins), Hotel Surguru (5 mins), Ibaco (5 mins), KFC & McDonald’s (10 mins).
- Grocery stores and supermarkets are within 5–10 minutes.
6. Facilities & Services
- Swimming Pool: Complimentary use for staying guests (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Parking: Free guest parking available on-site.
- Laundry & Ironing: Available on request (chargeable basis). Iron box can be provided on hourly basis.
- Wi-Fi: Free for all guests.
- Couple Friendly: Yes, couples are welcome.
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
- Wheelchair Access: The property has easy access for wheelchairs.
7. Cancellations & Prepayment
- Policies vary depending on room type and booking option. Please check conditions at the time of reservation.
- Special offers or promotional bookings may require advance payment.
